Terms and conditions/Shipping
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Buyers are responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for checking if your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided we will not be able to refund your order unless the item is returned intact. If the item is returned the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship. HOW WE SHIP Within the UK, we ship everything by UPS with tracking, unless the buyer needs or wants to upgrade that service it will be at the buyers expense. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. All packages come with tracking so that you can follow your item in the mail.
CUSTOM CHARGES IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are not responsible for custom charges, we declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish for us to not declare the full value of the item you need to let us know. But we will not be able to give back the full value of the item if its lost or stolen, only the amount that was declared.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS We ship internationally using Parcel force or UPS. Currently we mark all orders as tracked and insured to ward against any losses which may be suffered at the hands of the postage depots.
DISPATCH TIMESCALES: We will always try to dispatch your goods within 2-4 weeks of receipt of order due to the nature of your order being handmade. These times are guidelines, so we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as it is complete.
DELIVERY METHODS: Within the UK, orders are sent to you via UPS and will require a signature on delivery. Orders sent within the UK should arrive the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. Should the recipient not be at the delivery address provided the UPS the courier will attempt a second delivery.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT : Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel you receive is damaged, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the parcel to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.
***IMPORTANT***It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged when your order is delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges All items leaving the Nell Harper studio only do so after passing our quality control standards. Each item is packed securely for travel. If your item is damaged in transit contact us immediately and please return within 7 days for UK customers and 14 days for international customers from time of receipt.
If you require a refund or exchange again contact us immediately and return your order within 7 days, UK customers, and 14 days international customers from time of receipt, unused and undamaged. We will only issue a refund when the item has been returned and it is clear the condition of item is as it was when it left the NellHarper Studio. All refunds are payed back to the payment type used at checkout.
***PLEASE NOTE*** If contact and returns are not made to us within the specified time we cannot except returned items or issue any refunds.
Custom Orders cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, they can be cancelled within 24 hours after payment

PLEASE NOTE: Custom Made orders cannot be refunded, due to the nature of it being made to suit your specifications, therefore we would be unable to sell on.
